1. Property/Time/Place: This auction is for property located at 133 Garrett Street, Court, Sumter, SC, TMS# 2050404001 and 574 Pringle Drive, Sumter, SC, TMS# 2041403021. The properties will sell separately. The auction will be held online, with onsite bid assistance at both locations.. Bidding begins closing at 6:00 PM on September 26, 2016.<br>
2. Property Inspection & Disclaimer: It is the Purchaser’s sole responsibility to perform his own due diligence, including verification of all property information and public records. Information presented herein and in any advertisement or other promotional items, while gathered from sources believed to be reliable, are not warranted or guaranteed by Auctioneer J. Rafe Dixon, nor the seller. Personal inspection and verification of any and all items is the responsibility of the bidder. Non-performing bidders: In the event the high bidder does not execute the contract and submit the deposit, in the manner described above, high bidder agrees to pay a $5000.00 service fee per property.
